The deadline for spring 2007 admission to the Online Communities track within the Communication Management master’s degree is November 15. Applicants will make up the first class of this new area of study. The program studies the effective management, production, development, use and power of online communities. In earning their degree, students work closely with entrepreneurs in the emerging field and work in teams to produce their own online community. The online communities track is part of the Charles Annenberg Weingarten Program on Online Communities, which was initiated at the USC Annenberg School in 2006.
