Walter is a digital marketing executive with 20+ years of sales, integrated marketing, and content creation experience, working directly with Fortune 500 brands and top tier agencies across the US.
At TikTok, she is part of the Global Business Solutions Entertainment Vertical Leadership Team responsible for driving revenue across the platform. She seeks to provide best in class marketing solutions for studio and streaming clients, while building strong morale and culture amongst her direct reports. Similarly, during her eight years at BuzzFeed, she was tasked with developing lasting value and partnerships with brands, primarily in the automotive category.
Previously, she has opened the LA office for two early stage San Francisco based start ups — Rocket Fuel and Sharethrough. Walter began her digital career at MySpace where she spent more than three years evangelizing the importance of social media to music and publishing clients in New York City. Prior to MySpace, Walter was a creative executive at Sony Pictures Entertainment in Los Angeles working in film development, helping to shepherd titles including the Resident Evil and Underworld franchises.
Walter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Film Critical Studies from the University of Southern California and lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two sons.
