Join USC Annenberg for a unique virtual event that explores the diversity of the foster care experience through virtual reality films. The JOVRNALISM team, headed by Robert Hernandez, associate professor of professional practice will be joined by Zaid Gayle, executive director of Peace4Kids, a non-profit organization that serves youth and adults with a lived foster care experience.

The panelists will discuss the significance of having this event on Juneteenth in light of the recent police killing of George Floyd and the ongoing protests against systemic racism.
