A 2023 Fudan Scholar, Tom Goodnight presented at conferences in Shanghai, Beijing, and Hangzhou last fall on AI regulation, digital inequality, and Asian communication study. Henry Jenkins taught for seven weeks last summer at Shanghai University and is now an honorary professor at the University of Nottingham at Ningbo. He heads the transcultural fandom in East Asia research group. Following initial presentations, conversation is invited among Zoom participants.
